Our company has two main Lead Acid battery production facilities: DYNAVOLT FUJIAN, and DYNAVOLT LIUZHOU. DYNAVOLT FUJIAN, the largest facility, covers an area of 200,000 square meters (more than 2 million square feet), it has a total investment which exceeds 500 million RMB (more than US$72 million), and its annual output is up to 600,000 kVAh.

In 2008, DYNAVOLT TECH. launched an exciting new product: NANO-GEL Batteries.

Compared with conventional lead-acid battery, NANO-GEL Batteries are more powerful, more durable and resistant to vibration, more resiliant in extreme temperatures, and can be installed in any directions, even upside down. As a high-tech upgrade product, NANO-GEL Battery has been gradually replacing conventional lead-acid battery.

In 2014, our innovated product --“high-rate lithium iron phosphate starter battery”

was widely acclaimed in American and European markets for its excellent performance and advanced safe design.

We established Guangdong Modern Power Technology R&D Center and Guangdong Provincial Enterprise Technology R&D Center, and have undertaken more than 90 research projects and obtained 395 patents so far.

Following the principle of “clean and green production”, DYNAVOLT TECH. introduced a world-leading environmental standard. We use a Photovoltaic Power Supply System that provides over 30% of the energy for our production processes, which greatly saves energy and reduces carbon emission. For waste-water treatment, we invested heavily on introducing a Reverse Osmosis system which can recycle our water, and even recycle sewage, no water leaves our facilities.

As for lead vapors, lead particulates, and acid fumes, we adopted a“negative pressure collection method”. This combined with our purification system, solves the emissions pollution problem at its source, through automated production and sealed operations.

Every step of our manufacturing process we dedicate ourselves to the highest standards, constantly pushing ourselves to be better and better.

For example, our Lead Powder Production uses 99.994% high purity lead, which eliminates contaminants present in competitors recycled products, thus minimize the self-discharge rate and lifespan of our batteries.

In Grid Casting we use a special lead-calcium alloy to eliminates the use of heavy metals, such as Antimony. Our proprietary alloy improves internal corrosion resistance, reduces excessive outgassing, reduced water usage, and lowers
