广西南丹南方金属有限公司（以下简称南方有色）成立于1996年，是一家集有色金属铅、锌、锑和资源综合回收于一体的大型民营企业。公司坐落于广西河池南丹工业园区内，占地8000多亩。在多年的生产经营中，南方有色始终坚持“安全健康、生态环保、尊重价值、珍惜资源、追求卓越”发展理念，坚持“求真务实、创新求变、共进互勉、团结奉献、艰苦奋斗”奋斗精神，以前瞻性的创新思维，紧随行业技术和环保装备的发展前沿，持续加大装备技术、人才和管理三大升级改造，现已形成年产锌锭33万吨、铅锭20万吨、锑锭5000吨、副产硫酸75万吨、白银500吨、铟锭75吨、镉锭2000吨、氧化锌15000吨的生产能力，锌产量位居全国首位。

1.Brief Introduction

Guangxi Nandan Nanfang Metal Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as Nanfang Company) was founded in 1996 and is a large private enterprise integrating comprehensive recovery of nonferrous metals, such as lead, zinc, antimony and resource. Nanfang Company is located at Nandan Industrial Park, Hechi, Guangxi and covers an area of over 8000 Mus. In the production and management over the years, Nanfang Company always sticks to the development concept of “safety and health”, “eco-environment protection” , “respecting the value, cherishing resources and pursuit of excellence” and adheres to the struggle spirit of “realistic and pragmatic, innovation and seek change, mutual progress and encouragement, unity and contribution and hard struggle”. The company closely follows the Industrial technology and the development frontier of environmental protection equipment with forward-looking innovative thinking to enhance upgrading and reform in three aspects including equipment technology, talents and management and reaches the annual production capacity of 330,000 tons of zinc ingot, 200,000 tons of lead ingot and 5,000 tons of antimony ingot, 750,000 tons of sulfuric acid as byproduct, 500 tons of silver, 75 tons of indium ingot, 2000 tons of cadmium ingot and 15,000 tons of zinc oxide. The zinc output is at the first place in the country.

多年来，南方有色在各级政府和社会各界的大力支持和帮助下，企业实现了较好较快发展，现已发展成为广西强优工业企业、广西有色金属加工重点企业，中国民营企业制造业五百强。2017年荣获中国有色金属行业协会颁发的“2017年度中国铅锌行业创新发展杰出贡献奖”“2017年度中国铅锌行业国际产能合作杰出奖”；荣获2018年度中国铅锌行业“绿色发展杰出贡献奖”。

Over the years, with great support and help from Governments at all levels and all sectors of the society, Nanfang Company achieved better and quicker development. At present, it has become a “Guangxi Strong and Excellent Enterprise”, “Guangxi Key Enterprise for Processing of Nonferrous Metals”, “Top 500 in Manufacturing Industry of Chinese Private Enterprises”. In 2017, the company won the “2017 Outstanding Contribution Award for Innovative Development of Chinese Lead and Zinc Industry”, “Outstanding Award for International Production Capacity Cooperation of Chinese Lead and Zinc Industry” issued by China Non-Ferrous Metals Industry Association; won “Outstanding Construction Award for Green Development” of Chinese Lead and Zinc Industry in 2018.

南方有色秉承“诚信合作，互利共赢”的宗旨，生产的产品以稳定的质量在客户中树立了良好的口碑，产品远销20多个国家和地区，现有的铅、锌、锑、白银等四个主要产品均为广西名牌产品，其中“NF”牌铅锭分别于2006年3月和2011年3月在伦敦金属交易所和上海期货交易所注册，成为国际知名品牌。“麒麟”牌锌锭（QL）、“索日”牌银锭分别于2009年9月和2012年5月先后在上海期货交易所注册，成为国内首家在上交所成功注册的有色民营企业。

Nanfang Company upholds the purpose of “truthful cooperation and mutual benefit and win-win”. The products have fostered good reputation among customers with stable quality and are sold to more than 20 countries and regions. The existing four main products including lead, zinc, antimony and silver are famous products of Guangxi province. “NF” brand lead ingot was registered at London Metal Exchange in March 2006 and Shanghai Futures Exchange in March 2011.  “QL” brand zinc ingot and “Suori” brand silver ingot was registered in Shanghai Futures Exchange in September 2009 and May 2012 in succession. The company became the first nonferrous metals private enterprise that made successful registration in Shanghai Futures Exchange.

南方有色于2017年通过了ISO9001：2015质量管理体系认证，确立并实现了“生产符合国家标准和客户要求的产品，出厂产品合格率为100%。”公司检测中心作为出厂产品检验的把关部门，建立了完善的管理制度，并配备了一系列进口设备和高技能化验员，同时公司检测中心2018年8月获得了中国合格评定国家认可委员会（CNAS）的实验室认可证书，完全有实力保证出厂产品的合格率。

Nanfang Company passed ISO9001: 2015 quality management system certification in 2017 and determined to “produce the products meeting national standard and customer’s requirement”. The qualification rate of delivered products is 100%.  The company’s inspection center, as the controlling department for inspection of delivered products, has established perfect management system and equipped a series of imported equipment and skilled laboratory technicians. In addition, the company’s inspection center obtained the Laboratory Recognized Certificate of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), so as to have ability to ensure the qualification rate of delivered products completely.
